When it comes to personal goals – I am way more consistent if I have an accountability system. Either someone moving towards the same goal alongside me, or simply someone who checks in and asks how progress is going. Maybe you can relate?

Today, I want to invite you, our entire community, to join me in a goal!

I am working towards doing 108 Sun Salutations for the Summer Solstice on June 21st.

I’ve put together a training plan to help us build up to 108 consecutive sun salutes. It’s structured in a way to provide flexibility and rest days! Also, as we always share in our classes – do what’s best for your body. Maybe 108 half sun salutes makes more sense for you, or chair salutes, or a goal of doing 30 consecutive sun salutation A’s.

Whatever your goal is – we are in it together! Let’s focus our minds & bodies on achieving something positive over these next 7 weeks, and notice what happens in our minds as well.

Join us on the Summer Solstice, Wednesday June 21st, to practice 108 (or however many you can do) Sun Salutations together! This is a donation-based event at the studio from 6-8:30pm.
