LOFT Kids
Summer Camp

Where Play Meets Peace: Join our World

of Joyful Movement and Mindfulness

Now offering 2 weeks of camp, each with unique themes & activities!

For kids ages 3-10

Loft Kids Summer Camp is a fun and inclusive atmosphere introducing kids to yoga and mindfulness. In addition to a movement/yoga class, each day features a craft, storytime/literacy activity, games, and snack time.

Week 1: June 23rd – 27th, 2025

Riding the Waves Into Summer Fun

This week we will visit the Ocean, Pool, Water Park, Lake and then finish the week out with an awesome Ice Cream Party to celebrate and welcome summer.

Week 2: August 11th – 15th, 2025

Celebrating the Many Colors of Me
We will channel our inner moments as they relate to the colors around us and within us. We will also get to meet with some of our favorite Inside Out characters and talk how about how we can use yoga and mindfulness to help support our many big feelings and emotions.

Why choose yoga camp?

Our community is a safe, accepting, non-judgemental environment where ALL are truly welcome. We teach kids, in a fun & engaging way, about the yogic themes of kindness (towards ourselves, others, & the Earth), gratitude, unity, non-judgement, and joy. No previous yoga experience is required. All are welcome!

Cami really enjoyed the camp! Between the yoga, story time, and crafts she loved it all!”

Our Teachers

Larissa Noto
Program Director, Teacher

Director of Teacher Training & Family Programming at The Yoga Loft, Larissa has been practicing yoga for 22 years. She took her first class, while fulfilling a gym requirement in college. Then she became hooked — not just by the physical practice, but also with the way yoga helped her body, mind and soul feel both on and off the mat. In addition to being certified with 500 hours of Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, Larissa completed a 95 Hour YTT with ChildLight Education Company and Yoga 4 Classrooms, as well as a Yoga for Diverse Abilities Training. She has been teaching yoga & mindfulness to kids for 9+ years.

Maggie Schmidt
Teacher

Yoga has been a part of Maggie’s life for many years and since the day she took her first class, this beautiful practice made its way through every avenue of her life. Practicing yoga made Maggie stronger, more compassionate and mindful. It helped her to connect with herself and build beautiful relationships with others, and Maggie hopes these experiences shine through in her teachings. As a Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor I truly enjoy working with elementary aged through high school students, providing them with tools to cope with challenges and stressful situations in their lives. Maggie is a RYT 200 Hour with Yoga Loft Of Bethlehem and \Kids Yoga Teacher via Childlight Education Company and The Lovely Little Lotus.

Niki Poveromo

Niki Poveromo is a preschool teacher from Hoboken, New Jersey and loves working with children, and sharing her love of yoga and pranayama with her students.  She rediscovered her love of yoga when she became pregnant with her first daughter and started attending prenatal yoga classes regularly.  The sense of community and the atmosphere in the studio made her keep coming back for more. She decided to become a yoga teacher after having her second daughter and now she loves that she can offer a safe space for parents-to-be, parents/caregivers and children. Niki is a 200 Hour RYT teacher with Yoga Vida (NYC),  RCYT 95-Hour Kids Yoga YTT, RPYT 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training (ChildLight Education Company & Yogi Beans) and Restorative Yoga teacher with Abby Paloma and Ally Bogard at Yoga Vida.
